Description: Cleaning Panties: 1 cup hot water, OxyClean (1 scoop) & about 1/2 teaspoon of liquid Tide. Shake or stir (it will be very foamy), add the panties, stir occasionally, & let soak for about 1 hour. Rinse very well & place on towel to dry. The dirtiest of panties won't come completely clean but they'll certainly look better.
